Brian & Amanda Scott owners of Boulder StoneScapes, Apple Wood Ovens and 63rd St. Farm.
Brian Scott has been a stone mason in Boulder, CO since 1995, starting out as an apprentice for Big Horn Masonry & Chimney working his way up to mason. Then eventually purchasing Big Horn Masonry and Chimney from the Macurdy Family. Brian's dedication to keeping the trade alive and specializing in stone is why he soon changed the name to Boulder StoneScapes.
Stone Masonry is a lost trade that in many ways is art. Brian uses old world techniques of stone masonry & sources as much stone locally as possible from local colorado stone yards

About The Owners!
Brian has researched and developed his own internal cores for pizza ovens through Apple Wood Ovens. He has been building ovens since 2002, incorporating them into many backyard living spaces and outdoor kitchens throughout the years. Having a local mind set he is excited to be able to build and produce his ovens here in Colorado.
